Last weekend, Memories by Mark had the honor of capturing all of the love at the wedding of Edwidge and Danaud Saint Surin . The day started out with the bride and groom and their bridal party getting ready at the Hampton Inn in St. Lucie West before heading out in their limos to The New Testament Faith Center for their wedding ceremony. The large bridal party of 9 girls, 7 guys, and 4 flower girls made their way down the aisle looking sharp and then all eyes were on Edwidge as she made a spectacular entry into the sanctuary. It was a moving ceremony steeped in Haitian tradition and after the ceremony and photos at the church, it was off to Eagle Marsh Country Club in Jensen Beach. As always, Linda and her staff did an outstanding job serving the more than 150 guests in attendance. The reception began with the formal introductions and then the first dance of the bride and groom followed by their parent's dances. A moving toast was then given by the best man and dinner was served. After dinner, the party got rocking on the dance floor and of course, some additional photos of the various family and work groupings. Later it was cake cutting time and the bride and groom decided not to smash the cake into each other. Always a smart move! The evening continued with everyone enjoying the tropical Haitian music and finally, after a very long day, the bride and groom said their goodbyes and were off on their honeymoon.
